The One Hectare Sustainable Farm Initiative is a groundbreaking program that provides Black farmers with the knowledge, tools, and resources to develop one-hectare (2.47 acres) farms focused on sustainability and profitability. This initiative promotes organic farming, regenerative agriculture, and food security while creating long-term economic benefits
The Freedom Farms Seed Program ensures that Black farmers and gardeners have access to high-quality seeds for their crops. By providing heirloom and non-GMO seeds, we help farmers preserve traditional growing practices, increase yields, and maintain food sovereignty.
Held monthly, the Georgia Black Farmers & Gardeners Expo is a dynamic marketplace and networking event where Black farmers, gardeners, and agribusinesses showcase their products, exchange knowledge, and build community.
We are building a comprehensive directory of Black-owned farms and gardening businesses. This directory will connect consumers, retailers, and other farmers with Black growers across the country, creating a stronger and more visible agricultural network.
